Meet The Builders

No one could have imagined that this story would lead to 15+ awards in only 24 years from the prestigious "NW Florida Parade of Homes"...but it did. 

In 1983, Danny Speranzo and Rick Faciane joined together to build homes for their own families.  With Rick's engineering ability and Danny's construction skills, Classic Home Builders was born.  They started small, with their own 5 acre tract of land.  As it became apparent that their skills complimented each other so well, Classic Home Builders, Inc. gained size and momentum.

Cedar Ridge was the next development with 7 acres, then came 60 acre Kingswood Estates, Cedar Brook Estates, Hamilton's Crossing and Chandelle. They have recently completed a 62 acre jewel - Creekwood.  They have recently begun development on their latest project - Twin Spires Plantation and there is sure to be more in the future.

Here it is, 20+ years later, and still Classic Home Builders, Inc.'s sense of style and high standard of quality has yet to be equaled.
